All services performed by our company are tailored to the needs of the practice, even when the practice is not certain what is needed! Our Practice Performance Analysis (PPA) is a full scope practice checkup and evaluation of your process from the first patient contact through claims payment. This thorough process allows us to identify areas of waste, revenue loss/delay, and risk exposure in the process of revenue collection.

The PPA is designed to identify and answer the vital questions each practice needs to maintain an efficient and compliant case flow. It includes a detailed report of findings with recommendations, policy and procedure creation, and staff training.  This service includes follow-up reviews for up to 60 days (remote) following the assessment and ongoing support for the implementation of recommendations.
